1. 72-Hour General Health Warranty
- Every puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
- The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
- We must be notified immediately if a life-threatening illness is detected during this initial exam.
2. 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
- We provide a one-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects.
- This includes genetic-based failure of the heart, liver, or kidneys.
- If a genetic defect is confirmed by a vet, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when available.
3. Medical & Preventative Care
- Age: Puppies are ready for their new homes at 12 weeks old.
- Vet Checked: Each puppy receives a final professional health exam before departure.
- Vaccinations: All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.
- Training: Initial potty training is started for every puppy.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Maintain routine preventative veterinary care and annual boosters.
- Provide high-quality nutrition to maintain a healthy weight.
- Keep the puppy in a safe, clean, indoor environment.
